全国的に新型コロナウィルス感染が深刻な状況になっています。
以下の感染防止対策のガイドラインを、いま一度徹底してくださいますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

※長野県新型コロナウィルス感染症・感染警戒レベルにおいて、松本圏域が「４」以上になった場合には、教会ホームページより、お電話またはメールにてお問合せください。

礼拝出席のためのガイドライン

1. 感染リスクのある方は、積極的にお休みしてください。 
2. 体調の優れない方、または身近の方で風邪の症状をお持ちの方がいる場合は、礼拝をお休みしてください。
3. 身近に感染者がいて心配な方は、保健所またはその地域の相談窓口に相談してください。PCR検査が必要と判断された方は、無料で検査を受けることが出来ます。対象にならなかった人は、とりあえずリスクはそこまで高くないということですが、念のため１～２週間、礼拝をお休みしてください。
4. その他、不安な方は、無理せずにお休みください。
   → 高齢の方、持病をお持ちの方、医療関係者の方など。 
5. この2週間で感染多発地域 又は、海外に出かけられた方、および、それらの方との接触がある方は礼拝を欠席してください。現在の感染多発地域は、新型コロナウィルス特設サイト　https://www3.nhk.or.jp/news/special/coronavirus/data/　などを参考にして、ご判断をお願いします。

礼拝に出席する場合

必ず当日の朝に体温を計測して異常の無き事を確認してください。教会の入り口に非接触式の体温計が準備してありますので、ご活用下さい。

1. マスクの着用をお願いします。
2. 礼拝出席者は出席者名簿に必ず記名·検温·体調などの状況を記入願います。
3. 座席はそれぞれの間隔を椅子１つ以上空けてお座りください。（同居家族は除く）
4. 教会に入られたら、備えの消毒液で手を消毒してください。洗面所で手を洗うときは、なるべくハンカチを持参し、それを使ってください。
5. 教会内での飲食は禁止いたします。
6. 礼拝終了後即時解散のこと

礼拝に感染者が出席した場合の対応について

1. コロナの症状が出た場合は、すみやかに教会（長老·執事）に連絡してください。本人の同意を得た上で教会の連絡網において氏名の公表を致します。
   ※本人が望まない場合は、氏名を公表しません。

2. ２週間の間に礼拝出席した方への連絡・対応は、保健所と協力し、礼拝出席者などの情報を共有しますので、あらかじめご承知願います。

ALCC Coronavirus Prevention Guidelines

Coronavirus infections are becoming a serious situation nationwide. In order to meet safely, please try to adhere to the health guidelines below.

*If the Matsumoto area is rated “4” or higher on the Nagano Prefecture Coronavirus Infection Alert Level, please contact us by phone or e-mail from the church website.

Conditions for people who will participate in worship services

1. We will understand if those who are elderly, who have pre-existing health conditions, or health care workers choose not to come.
2. Please don’t come if you or people living with you have cold symptoms. 
3. If you are concerned because someone close to you has had Covid-19, then you can consult with a local health center.  If it is necessary for you to get a PCR test then you can receive the test free of charge.  If the health center says that you do not need a test, then, to be on the safe side, please do not come to the church for 1-2 weeks. 
4. We will understand if those who are elderly, who have pre-existing health conditions, or health care workers choose not to come.
5. Please don’t come if, during the last two weeks, you have been overseas or to any prefectures with a high level of Covid-19 cases.

7. In addition, please don’t come if you’ve had close contact with others who have been overseas or to any prefectures with a high level of Covid-19 cases in the last two weeks. 

When you come to worship services please practice the following

1. Please wear a mask.
2. Worship attendees must fill in the attendee list with their signature, temperature measurement, physical condition, etc.
3. Please keep at least one chair length between you and the person who is sitting next to you.
4. Please use hand sanitizer when you come into the church building. Please try to bring your own handkerchief to dry your hands after washing. 
5. Please do not eat or drink while you are inside the church building.
6. Please do not linger too long in the church building after worship services.

What to do if an infected person attends the service

1. If you experience coronavirus symptoms, please contact the church (elders/deacons) immediately.  With the consent of the person, the name will be announced on the church’s contact network. 
   * If the person does not want it, the name will not be announced.

2. Contact the people who attended the worship service during the previous two weeks, and cooperate with the health center to provide information on the worship attendees. Please note that we will share it.
